Our client, a large Nearshore team established in Mexico serving clients on US & Canada, approached us with the challenge to create a platform to make recruiters job easier & more efficient.
We iterated through several design phases, understanding our client's needs through sprint sessions. When the client was ready, we proceeded to the design & development process.
The final result was a Software-as-a-Service HR platform using artificial intelligence to help recruiters find best candidates for each position.
